Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her as well as Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is weaver and teacher of cooking. She is a part-Italian and of Italian descent.
