Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents, she began her career as a child actor soon after her move to the United States. Her appearances as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials between 2013 and 2016 - and then from 2020 on - has made her famous. Apart from her commercial appearances, she also appeared as a regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction show Other Space (2015). She also played an actor in the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel Girl on the Marvel Rising franchise since 2018 after being selected to play Squirrel Girl in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish, born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At the age of 2, she immigrated with her parents to the U.S. to escape antisemitism. She moved to West Hollywood. Due to her family's financial difficulties and her own financial struggles, she began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but she dropped out of the school in her sophomore year. She earned an GED and went to complete the Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She learned how to perform improv from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
